“Having viewed cabins supplied by various manufacturers and reading the Tuin reviews, I decided to go with Tuin, this has turned out to be a great decision. Delivery of the cabin was fantastic, the driver couldn't of been more helpful. A couple of extra items were missing but these were replaced within a couple of days, without question. The cabin build was extremely straight forward but as others have said the instructions were a rather poor. I purchased the flooring from Tuin and was surprised at the quality, approximately 15% of the boards were rejected due to the quality - holes were knots had fallen out, this said I still had sufficient to complete the flooring. If your looking for a perfect floor I would board out and use a laminate. A word of caution (and this isn't specific to cabins supplied by Tuin), water will discolour the wood and avoid getting dirt on the boards - I learnt this a little late and spent half a day sanding marks out of some boards. Overall the cabin is fantastic, all the logs slotted together perfectly and the shingles make all the difference. It's worth spending a little longer when fitting the shingles, so the pattern lines up perfectly.”
“GOOD SERVICE AND IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CABIN. LOST ONE STAR AS A WINDOW WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WHICH HAS SLOWED DOWN ERECTING THE CABIN BY SEVERAL DAYS.”
“Looks good. Very solid. Not difficult to assemble, but will take yonks if working alone. Well worth the effort. They wanted to deliver on the one day I couldn't, so had to wait another week, but when it came the driver was a forktruck wizzard. One of the door bolts was iffy and Tuin sent a replacement. Very happy with the service., and I love the cabin.”
