“Have been using for a week and my teeth feel more thoroughly cleaned. The high pitched whine on the clean & white settings takes getting used to and my teeth ached afterwards so I began to use sensitive setting - the whine on this setting isn't so loud. It's comfortable to hold and I like the fact that it pauses 4 times - recommendation is to brush each quadrant of mouth - until it stops after 2 minutes.
I'm certain my mouth and I will get used to using all the settings in time. That said, I'm very happy to have chosen it!”

“So far, and sadly I am not enamoured of the toothbrush because, currently, I cannot use it because it is excruciatingly tickly. I was unaware of this when I bought it, but some other users on the internet also complained about it. Their advice is to persevere, which I may try to do.”

Some people do find a ticklish sensation when they first start using our toothbrush as the technology is reaching to areas in the mouth that may not have been reachable prior to using our sonic toothbrush such as below the gum line. Rest assured this sensation does not last long and you will eventually not feel any sensation when using this toothbrush. We would recommend that you use the toothbrush on the sensitive setting.
