“I contacted spotlight oral care after my lilac toothbrush broke and could not find a replacement hoping they may have some in stock.
Staff replied quickly & advised it was no longer in stock as limited edition but also gave me a free replacement of the rose gold brush. Excellent service, really went our of their way.
