“We had an issue with an existing sonic toothbrush, the staff were extremely helpful and once the questions had been answered and videos sent, they immediately sent out a replacement, and I returned the unit back for them to examine.

At one stage it stopped charging and I got a replacement very quickly.
It was during that time that I realised how much I had grown used to it cleaning my teeth.

“Excellent customer service from this company. My toothbrush went wrong just over a year after purchasing it.. thought I didn’t stand much chance of anything being done about it as out of what I thought would be the guarantee. I gave it a try and called them up. Phone was answered immediately by a very helpful lady.. no waiting in a call queue or ‘we’ll email you back a week next Wednesday’ .. no quibble, a replacement was offered and gratefully accepted. It arrived the next day. Customer service in this country has all but disappeared… not with this company.. oh, and the toothbrush is pretty good too!”

“This is my first experience with an electric toothpaste and the Sonic Toothbrush is a winner. Love the way you divide the mouth into four parts and the toothbrush times each section. Two minutes is longer than you think! I feel my teeth are getting a great clean and expect to see an improvement over the coming weeks. The brush takes a little getting used to but it just gets better with each clean.”
