“Arrived quickly - but via Amazon, not direct from the company, even though the replacement heads were ordered on the company website.
For this reason, I deleted all the associated emails from Amazon without opening them, as I believed they were among the many fake & scam emails received each day purporting to be from Amazon...so one star deleted.
Another star deleted because the cost of replacement heads from you is MUCH too expensive! You behave like a printer company selling printers & ink - luring customers with a moderately priced toothbrush, then ripping them off forevermore with the price of the heads. Don't think we customers don't understand what you're doing!

“Item was what it was supposed to be - three replacement tooth brush heads .Delivery by Amazon dreadful . Left outside back door on a windy farm yard in North Yorkshire where they promptly blew away ! It would have helped if the delivery person had simply knocked and just
