“I like these toothbrush heads, they are soft enough to be comfortable, but firm enough to give my teeth a good clean. However, I’ve marked them relatively low as I find they don’t last long at all. I’ve always changed my toothbrush every 3 months, but I find that these last little more than 6 weeks before being really flat. Once you’ve purchased the tooth brush you’re tied into having to buy replaced heads. Shame they don’t last longer as I’ve otherwise been really pleased”

“Following my enquiry as to which was the correct replacement head for my model (should have been clearer on the website) I received a prompt clarification and link to the one I needed. A pack of three arrived in good time and I fitted a new head without problem. Since then I’ve received too many messages from you. This is counterproductive to our relationship. There are much cleverer ways to do it.”
