It won’t charge and the customer help email is ridiculous with the suggestions to troubleshoot. Would not recommend buying

The toothbrush itself is ok however it very much feels like something you would buy off Aliexpress. The accessories are particularly cheap and flimsy. The toothbrush heads look cheap and suspicously similar to ones you can pick up off a Chinese online retailer for a couple of quid. I don't think this is 'Made by Dentists', I think it has been 'Imported by Dentists'. The one thing that partly redeems it is the good battery life which definitely outlasts the traditional electric toothbrush brands. However the low-battery warning is ineffective, you just go to use the toothbrush and it doesn't switch on.. That is quite frustrating. This product is not premium and so whilst it does work and doesn't require charging every few days, it isn't worth the premium price.

The quality of the product was poor. I haven’t used the toothbrush, and returned it as I had received. No money received back. Scam alert ‼️
