“Unfortunately the sonic Pro is not working properly. Have tried to use three tines but can't as the toothbrush doesn't stay on one setting but rapidly switches between all four, without the power/settings button being touched. Disappointed and will need to send back”

“So far I think it's a good toothbrush (only had it a week or so). I like the various settings and the quarterly timer.
I did find it a bit odd though that despite saying it came with 3 replacement heads it didn't actually come with an original head which means you really only get 2 replacements”
