“I really like the four setting options of the brush but the designs of the toothbrush and charging are not very well thought through and consequently, the toothbrush is rather annoying to use. Were it not for the design flaws I would have given it 5 stars.”

“The only thing I am disappointed about is the toothbrush heads. They are quite flat. I was expecting more grooves so that the brush would clean better between the teeth like the Oral B heads. I have had bone grafts due to bone loss and have some big gaps which the heads don't really get into. The stop, start button is a bit annoying as well as it is fairly flush with the body of the toothbrush, if I want to stop to add more toothpaste it sometimes changes the speed instead. I would love to be raving about this as the person who recommended this product to me loves the toothbrush but it is a bit more cosmetic than functional.

“This is an inferior product. Firstly the brush heads were faulty - these were replaced free of charge, but then after a month the whole brush stopped working ( wouldn't turn on) . I was promised a replacement product, but the company can not tell me when I will receive it, stating they have logistical problems. Extremely disappointing.”
