“Love this toothbrush and great customer service. Love the colour and accessories that came with it, case charger etc, Item was to be engraved but due to an issue when ordered this did not happen. Contacted customer service and quick response to apologise and explained about issue and that it had been resolved. Offered replacement brush heads, and other items to value or about £50 as good will gesture which I gratefully accepted.”
