“Toothbrush head is very difficult to remove from the main unit. Otherwise ok but no particular difference from any other toothbrush. Would probably say that the Oral B with the round toothbrush heads cleans your teeth better.”

“I am very pleased with my Sonic Pro - Blush Pink Original toothbrush. I like the brush head compared to the IO Oral B brush that died on me after only a year! The head is a sleeker design with 4 different brushing options. I tend to use the most powerful. I do feel my teeth get a really good clean and the toothbrush vibrates at one minute intervals and then stops at te optimum brushing time. I don’t feel like I’m brushing my gums with this brush as the head is rectangular not round which is so much better!”

“I like the colour and feel of the toothbrush, as it feels soft in my hand. The bristles feel smooth as well. I also find the Sonic Pro quieter than the rotating/ oscillating electric toothbrushes that I have had in the past, which makes it more pleasant to use. I find the pressure light useful, as this lights up red when I'm pressing too hard. I wish there was more time to brush each quarter of my mouth, as 30 seconds often doesn't feel long enough. Similarly, I would like a few seconds longer to move the toothbrush from one section of my mouth to another, as this feels rushed and takes time away from brushing the next section of my mouth thoroughly.
My original Sonic Pro lasted a month before it needed charging. However, it didn't charge, and Customer Service swiftly replied to my email to help identify and fix the problem. When this couldn't be done, a new toothbrush was issued promptly. This has been working well so far, and I'm hoping it will charge when I next come to charge it. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.”
