“My original toothbrush was faulty and after 10 months battery worked only for up to 3 days. I contacted customer service, they contacted me back the same day and helped me to troubleshoot. When it didn't help they issued me replacement and ask to send original toothbrush back to investigate the issue and so for the safe disposal of the device. I'm very happy with the service provided and toothbrush works very well, my teeth feels much cleaner with the electric brush.”

“The built in tongue cleaner isn’t great, I don’t feel it gets rid of the rubbish on the tongue very well at all when I use it, so I use a separate tongue cleaner from Amazon which is why I’ve given 4 stars overall. However, the toothbrush itself is 5 stars. Mouth and teeth feel very clean after use, especially after using the polish/deep clean setting. Upgraded from the original one to the pro and overall not disappointed, a bonus that it’s in a cute blush pink colour! The style/look and feel of the brush is very sleek and is comfortable to hold.”
