“Is this a legitimate company? I placed an order on the 10th and have not received it, there is no tracking update since the 12th and I’ve sent a number of emails to customer services with not a single response. I also tried the WhatsApp number again with no response but I have received 2 emails to review the product that I don’t have. As per my last email please can I have a refund so I can make a purchase with the previous brand I used. I look forward to not hearing from anyone”
