“I have just received this today. Although everything seems fine, it is quite clear that this is not 'brand new'. When compared to the rose version which arrived today, some of the original packaging is missing. I would suspect it is a customer return.

We recently made the switch to removing the cellophane plastic wrap from our sonic toothbrush packaging - if this is what you are referring to. Some of our stock may still have this plastic wrap on it. I can assure you that you received a new sonic as all customer returns are processed and recycled from a different location.
