“I ordered a new toothbrush to replace my Sonic that I had had for 2+ years. Unfortunately, the new TB did not hold its charge. I reported this, sent photo's etc as requested. It was agreed to replace the faulty product. Unfortunately, it was replaced with a Rose/Pink model when the original purchase was white. Again, I reported this issue and ultimately received the correct colour, and I can confirm that this one is holding the charge. Although I am happy with the product, it was not the best overall experience.”

“I’ve tried others. Unfortunately wasn’t happy with my last 2 electric toothbrushes(not this brand) I am over the moon with this one! It cleans perfectly and precisely. It is neat and not too big and clumsy like others. It’s quiet and the battery lasts forever. I did my research this time and it’s paid off. I’m quite impressed and would definitely recommend this product.”
“I have already been in touch over this - I am finding it very diffucult to remove the brushes from cthe unit - to the extent that I have stopped trying, which meas that my wife is unable to use the Sonic Toothbrush. This is very disappointing. It has been like this since the day I bought it, so has not been caused by the accumulation of any material brushing related material!
