“i dont like where the on / off button is situated on handle & how sensitive it is. im constantly switching it off accidentally during usage which is quite annoying on a daily basis.”

“The toothbrush itself is good, however the shipping was absolutely terrible and it went missing initially, then took over 2 weeks , so had to wait a month for my replacement. New version has no travel container which is very disappointing, especially as it's an expensive item. Please provide a container ..don't expect after paying so much for a toothbrush for there to be no container when travelling. And change your shipping company please.”

“Unfortunately I have still not received my new toothbrush which was ordered on 01/01/2025. It is has been in southern spain with SEUR since 13/01 but they have failed to deliver and have not yet responded to my complaint of 21/01/03.
