I bought the Gold Lion 6922 Platinum Grade matched pair to replace the 6922 tubes for the Lamm m1.2 Reference Monoblocks (the tubes 1 in each monoblock help with the voltage output). Lamm recommends changing them about every two years ( I bought the monoblocks used with no history of tube life of the 6922's in the purchased Lamm's). Sonically I cannot say they have made a listening difference but I feel very confident they will probably last longer than even the 2 years that Lamm recommends.

Very quiet preamp tube! I’m using a pair of these in a high-gain stage of my phono preamp and they are at least 5 dB quieter than anything else I have tried. They sound terrific and are workhorses.

I’ve a 23 year Sonic Frontiers line stage 1 preamp. It has 3 rows of tubes , 2 tubes per row. I recently posted here regarding a Gold Lion 6922 pair and Electro-Harmonix 6922 pair that I prior purchased and installed. I now purchased another pair of Gold Lion 6922. After a break in of approx 40 hours I came to this conclusion: The Gold Lion 6922 seem to have more clarity, but in my system, the Electro-Harmonix 6922 pair are more palpable and the bass more extended, when placed in the Sonic Frontiers rear row. I’m really happy with the sound at this point without breaking the bank on NOS tubes. I’ve a 23 year Sonic Frontiers line stage 1 preamp. It has 3 rows of tubes , 2 tubes per row. The manufacturer states the middle row makes the most sound difference, followed by the rear row. I placed these in the middle row: Gold Lion E88CC / 6922 Platinum Grade I placed these in the rear row: Electro-Harmonix 6922 Gold Pin Platinum Grade The prior tubes were NOS Mullard tubes, which sounded phenomenal until they slowly degraded in sound then started dropping volume These new tubes sound beautiful and lots of bass extension. I’m a musician more than an audiophile, these tubes sound very similar to actual instruments, that’s the best I can tell you. But honestly, this is the best my system has ever sounded. Oh, also a Lion tube failed within 6 hours, I called stating the issue, they sent an email then a return box. I shortly received a new matching pair, which worked flawlessly Excellent service with no issues.
