“These tubes sound great and were substituted for KT150s. My Neanderthal ears (no offense) struggle to identify the subtle differences in tone, but I'm happy nonetheless. The only thing better than the tubes was the guidance I received from the sales rep who was patient, answered my questions and helped troubleshoot a different issue I was having with my tube amp.”

“The stock tubes in the PrimaLuna evo 300 integrated amp were terrific. However, these Gold Lion although not NOS, kept all the highs nice and sweet but slightly tightened up the already great bass. Great Tube”

“I really love the sound of these tubes over the stock EL34 that came with my Evo 300. It just brought a lot more depth and detail to the sound. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to try a different power tube. I don’t have a lot of experience with rolling power tubes so I can only speak to how they compare to the 34’s. With my current system they are absolutely amazing and I will not be going back to the 34’s.”

“The Gold Lio KT66's in the EVO300 Integrated seems to be the sweet spot between the original PL drive tubes and the TungSol KT150's. At least with Klipsch LaScalas.”
