“The 1028 BE is as good as Kevin raves in his video review. The speakers multitask in my system (TV/films/music etc) with music as my real passion. Vinyl is king - Simaudio Moon 310LP phono preamp, Avid Diva II SP turntable, SME 309 tonearm, Audio Technica AT-Art9 MC cartridge, Parasound JC 2 BP preamp, and Parasound A21 amp. Not a system costing in the six to seven digit range, but with the Focals, I get the emotional response from listening that music is meant to illicit. I can't recommend the 1028 BE more strongly. My ears will never bleed again!”
