“The NOS Mullard CV4024s arrived this morning and I immediately installed them in the driver sockets of my Jolida Fusion 3502S. With EH7025 preamp tubes and JJ6CA7 power tubes, the combination is outstanding! I had JJ EEC81s in there before, a good driver tube, but not even in the same league as the NOS Mullard CV4024s. Amazing that a tube from 1984 can sound so good. The soundstage and 3D were already outstanding to start but now they're off the charts.”

“These are relatively inexpensive tubes so wasn't really expecting much. They are outstanding in my MC75 McIntosh monoblocks. Detailed and focused without being edgy. Great airy and 3D presentation. Couldn't be happier. A great find! With Upscale Audio including 72 hour burn in these were very good right out of the box and have continued to improve.”

“These are vintage Mullard. Liquid midrange, deep bass, silky highs. They are a bargain compared to their higher gain sibling (12ax7/CV4004). These military versions are extremely quiet! My favorite tubes!”
