Nice piece of equipment. So far, no static or "crackle" as I call it, a periodic invasion of my musical enjoyment.

This additions was a great way to "baseline" the system. Getting the optimal sound from all equipment; not that tube rolling hasn't been fun, but I should have started here and then made changes. Like others have mentioned, dynamics, detail, soundstage and bass improvements were immediately noticeable. My system had always been a bit bass shy, but it's now reaching deeper, while remaining smooth and controlled. I think this product is a must in a detailed system. One caveat: I had intended this to be a master power switch for my system. It serves this function well when turning everything on, but you get a pretty good thump when turning off. I wish AQ could build in a delay for the high current sockets. That would solve this. In the meantime, amps off first.

This is the best money I have spent to bring out the true potential of my Mobile Fidelity M8's. Incredible improvement! Got rid of interference from my home wiring...the mono amps had started to hum like the transformers out on a power pole. Incredible increase in power and soundstage too.

This replaced a Niagara 1200 in my system. The sonic upgrade was obvious and appropriate to the price differential between the 1200 and 3000. The sonic benefits of the Niagara power conditioners are lowered noise, improved bass, and improved soundstage. The 3000 is more of that and improved dynamics. I have been frustrated with the super grip of the outlets. Learned to pivot the plug into the outlet beginning with the blades then roll the ground into place. Darn tight fit and difficult for aging hands.
