“After more than 7 years of daily use, my PrimaLuna ProLogue CD player stopped playing discs at random. Sometimes the machine played a disc or two completely through without issue; at other times play would stop part way through a disc for no apparent reason. I learned on-line that this behavior might be caused by a faulty rectifier tube, and since all tubes in the PrimaLuna were original equipment with 1000's of hours of use, I ordered two (2) new PrimaLuna 5AR4's from Upscale Audio. After installation of the replacement tubes and about 25 hours of play, all is well - no more random stoppages. The tubes were very well packed and shipped fast. Thank you, Upscale!”
