“After 18 months my EVO400 preamplifier started blowing fuses. I noticed a small arc inside the tube and called Upscale. I suspected it was the rectifier tube and ordered two for insurance. The technician I dealt with also included a few additional fuses, which were greatly appreciated. The 5AR4 tube was definitely the offender. After replacement, I was back in business enjoying the glorious sound of my Primaluna preamp and Primaluna monos. Thanks Upscale for the excellent service! Cheers.”

“Quieter overall than the JJs I had previously off EBay. The stock tube on my Primaluna works better.”
