“These replaced a pair of almost new Mazda Cliftes (sp) and made a massive positive impact on my system. Specifically, the mids and highs were no longer distorting at higher volume with heavy electric guitar songs.”

“These tubes were purchased for use in the output section of a vintage Conrad-Johnson PV10b. It was a great match. The tubes were very quiet and not microphonic at all. The sound was neutral, if not a bit on the cool side. If neutral is your thing or what you’re trying to achieve with your system, I think these will work well. I personally prefer something a bit warmer and prefer the Brimar 12AU7s that Upscale Audio has in stock. But I’m glad I gave these a try and I had some truly wonderful hours listening to music with them in the system.”
