“3rd set of 12au7 replacing original Prmaluna tubes, that shipped with my ebook 400 preamplifiier. Subtle improvement in soundstage width, and inner details. Incremental to the original rolling of the 1st set. I'll be buying the 4th set of two next month!”

“Product was defective and I was refused an RMA. $200 wasted on defective tubes. Worst experience with an online audio dealer ever. I won’t be doing business with Upscale Audio again and have informed my audiophile friends of my experience.”
