“It is well accepted that much of an electronic component's sound is directly related to the capacity and quality of its power supply. I replaced the humble wall wart supply for my Musical Fidelity MX DAC with the 5V Sbooster BOTW supply and the changes in performance were unmistakable and rewarding. Bass extension and power were obviously better. The soundstage expanded in all directions giving the effect of the music seeming to have no relation to the speakers producing it - it was simply in the room. Layering and detail were also significantly enhanced, giving a new ease to the sound of the DAC that I've used about 5 years. Easily this device gave me a performance improvement I could have achieved no other way. If I had it to do over I'd buy it again.”

“Replacing the switched power supply for a Wattson Emerson Gigital streamer. The S-Booster made a huge upgrade in the SQ. Much wider and deeper soundstage. Lots more air between the various instruments. Would recommend this if you want to get the most out of your equipment.”

“This is my second Sbooster from Upscale Audio. It is driving my English Electric network switch. Hard to tell a difference as it is very removed from the front end of my system. They are very well made and I recommend them highly!”

“Super well built and high quality. It is larger than the Music Hall Cruise Control 2.0 (turntable motor drive) it powers! I use it into my MoFi Ultradeck turntable. How could this make a motor drive/turntable sound better? Who knows; maybe less hash on the ac line now that the wall wart is gone (?). All I know is my turntable rig sounds great. Highly recommended!! I plan to buy one for my English Electric 8Switch ethernet switch too! Thank you to Kevin and Upscale Audio for carrying reasonably priced upgrades like this.”
