“During first 25-50 hours, I was I totally under impressed with this tube but persevered and got some hours on it and now .... WOW. What a great tube. So natural. So real. So musical. I run nothing but premium tubes so this WOW is compared to other $$$$ tubes not EH or JJ. Get it! Be patient! Let it get some hours and HAPPY DAY! Uncle Kevin is NOT exaggerating. This is a GREAT tube.”

“Simply stunning sound. This tube relaxes the top end just the slightest bit, but somehow without taking way any detail, and in return you get holography and layers and shape to the sound that solid state just cannot compete with. Buying tubes is always a bit of a gamble - you don't know quite what you're going to get until you've already bought it - but man am I glad I picked this one. Buy this tube, your music will thank you.”

“WOW what a revelation replacing my stock EH tube in my CJ ET 3. So much more expansive! Got the Kevins Stash version. Needs more breaking to smooth out but on listening to lots of stuff i'm familiar with its like getting a more expensive pre amp for silly money. I'm noticing things i never noticed before.”

“I've been tube rolling for the past month with my woo wa2 amp and hd800 headphone. This is simply the best driver/pre-amp tube i've tried to date. As stated, the dynamics on this tube is on a level of its own. The treble extension and bass texture is so good that i can't ask for more. Still has the midrange warmth of tubes but unlike the others i've tried, this has the width, depth and weight that i've been looking for. The image is so cohesive and precise. It is stated that this tube is very quiet and it truly is, micro details can be heard easier due to the blacker background. Will get another pair before it's too late!”

“I use these in my DAC and am not disappointed. Sound is natural and provides all the ambience and detail I could ever want. Very happy. I think they are worth every cent. Maybe I should have gone for the CCa's but right now cannot fault these. Sublime.”

“I purchased the Siemens A-Frame E88CC/6922 as a replacement for Electro Harmonic in my Audio Research Ref. 2 Preamp. When comparing the Siemens A-Frame E88CC/6922 to the Electro Harmonic, it showed a clearly lower notice floor, enabling fine detail and accoustical information to be heard more easily, and a cleaner and sweeter presentation overal. The whole spectrum seem to be extended a bit, with tighter and more tuneful bass and more air and detail in the midrange and at the top end. There is also an improvement in dynamics and a more natural and less rushed presentation. All of this without losing the nice warmth and clarity typical for valves.”
