“I have been using the Tru-Lift (and Tru-Kleen) for over a year now. Carlo Lupo of Integrity HiFi has built a gadget that not only works as advertised, but it looks beautiful the the table. Quality is second to none, as well has the customer service that Carlo provides. Takes a bit of the stress out of playing your beloved vinyl. esp. so since many of us use expensive cartridges. No more will your needle bang around the runout groove. It will be gently lifted to safety while you are still sitting back in the sweet spot and basking in the glow of that final note without having to rush up to the table and manually lift your arm. Luxury? Isn't this whole audio hobby a luxury? No....The Tru-Lift is a must-have. Highly recommended. You will realize how much you wanted/needed this after you use it for the first time. Initial set-up is easy enough. Certainly, no harder than setting up a very basic TT. Carlo is always ready to help. After about a year, mine started to lift up rather abruptly. (It should lift up softly in a very controlled manner). I contacted Carlo. Quite simply, the damping fluid had run out. He instructed me on what to get and how to replace. Did that and worked like new again. This should last my lifetime. well done! Also, look for his other products. The Tru-Kleen is another serious time saver and has also become an essential piece of my TT.”
