“As always, great advice from Richard O'Neil! Kevin Deal is the one that says it, but I have observed it in all of my purchases from Upscale Audio. "We treat your system like it's our own system....." This Set of 8 Power Tubes for my Prima Luna EVO 400 Integrated was well received. I had extra EL 34's the prior owner had included in my purchase, but I blew two Mullards that had been substituted for the Prima Luna's stock tubes. They blew a few weeks apart. I went ahead and decided to replace all my power tubes starting fresh. Wow! I typically listen 5-10 hours a day. So, if I am home and awake, music is playing. We are about 200-300 hours into this set. It just keeps getting better! My next move will be to replace the preamp tubes or at least gather a complete set for reserves. I will be calling Richard to help with the decision. Great Products! Great People! World Class Service!”

“I'm not a tube roller, but I didn't quite like the sound I was getting from my new speakers. These Tung-Sol tubes are vast improvement over the JJ tubes I was using in my hopped up Dynaco st 70 into Forte IVs. Warm, yet still punchy highs and mids. The bass is also richer and fuller. My goal was to find tubes that would make the Forte IVs perform as they should and allow me to remove the subwoofer from my system. There was nothing really wrong with the JJs, but the Tung-Sols did what I wanted them to do. They aslo arrived perfectly matched according to my tester.”
