I use the Athenian Herb dryglase on poultry with excellent results. I intend to try it on a rack of ribs on the 4th of July.

Love it!!! Great on chicken and roasted potatoes in fact great on all veggies. Just toss the dryglaze, veggies and a little olive oil in a baggie to coat then roast , yummy!!!

Athenian herb dry glaze seasoning is the perfect seasoning for sheet pan leg quarters. The flavor is very nice, and seasoning puts a nice glaze on the chicken. To complete the meal, I use the dry glaze and counterpoint with baby red potatoes, baby carrots and roughly chopped Sweet onion tossed with a light coating of urban accent’s balsamic glaze. And if I’m short on leg quarters, I toss a few Kielbasa sausages on the pan. Awesome dinner!not many leftovers!!
