The size of the shirt was more like a medium - large not an xxl which was very very disappointing. The quality of the shirt was also very disappointing and I feel this wasn't an original lacoste manufactured shirt or even a la coste second. One of the shirts wasn't in packaging and it was rolled up in a ball and totally creased. I was willing to spend over £100 with you company but when I received your product I have to say I will never use you company again. Again I have to say I have never been so disappointed with a purchase ever.

Firstly, nice enough polo! Ordered 2 polo shirts originally and only one came with the second being out of stock (despite saying it was in stock). Had to order another in a different colour and pay another £5 (excessive and certainly above market standard) for delivery. Arrived with security tag still on it. Disappointed customer to say the least.

The product is great. However the delivery was not; had an email claiming I could collect from 12:00 Saturday 31st March, but didn’t arrive till the Tuesday. Am I liable to receive some sort of compensation or must I contact the delivery company?
