The US Mobile 5 GB plan has been a wonderful cell phone plan for me. I rarely have the need for more than 5 GB and the price seems to be the best to fill my needs. The customer service has been great the few times I've actually needed something. The coverage is essentially from the big "V" company, so my signal has been great.

Great service!! very quick and easy to set up and port my number to US mobile from a different carrier. It's the best Cheapest phone service on the Verizon Network that you will find!!!!!!!!!! Excellent customer service and highly recommended!!!

This was to replace the SIMs on the (V) network. Since the drop of the (V) 3G towers, I lost cell coverage in a significant amount of the areas that I frequent. I worked with the US Mobile technical support to verify it was not a phone problem, but a service area problem. Once we determined that coverage with the GSM network had coverage where I needed it, US Mobile sent me the SIMs I needed to change over to GSM from the CDMA/LTE network. I have been very impressed with the efforts taken by US Mobile to help a customer resolve connection issues that were beyond their control. By the way, the CDMA/LTE network (V) coverage map shows great coverage everywhere I went, however, that coverage map is not correct. It shows a strong 5G signal at my home, but most of my calls go out over the WiFi calling feature. If I turn off my WiFi, calls can be problematic and I may have 2 bars at best. With the GSM network, I have a good 5G signal at home and at least 1 bar in the areas that the other network has 0 bars. I am very pleased with the efforts by all the staff that interacted with me while solving my connection problems.

Easy to understand. I used the Black (V) SIM for awhile and then switched to a iPhone with ESIM. Both ports were superfast and easy.
