More than just the starter kit I always recommend US Mobile to everyone looking for a phone upgrade or a simple way to save a little money that will add up over time. Because let's be real here everyone for the rest of our lives will probably keep on paying phone bills till we pass. That's a lot of savings over time.

I like the coverage I get using Verizon towers. Much, much better than the T-mobile provider I was using before. I don't like the fact that they don't offer any incentives to existing customers. I don't even recommend US Mobile to my friends and family when they're offering a better deal than what I got, which was a $4 discount for 6 months.

US Mobile is easy to use and very inexpensive. If you are looking for a plan that does not charge for data and only talk and text this is the best option to have.

Most of the time the service is ok, but almost every month, one or more members of our family who have service with us mobile experiences problems that require us to call customer service. The fix takes at least 39 min on average. Most of the problems are loss of texting, photo sharing, calls go directly to voicemail, and most frustrating, elimination of data prematurely for no reason. We will be switching at the end of our session. Most of the customer service reps are helpful and polite, with a few exceptions who have told us to just buy a newer phone -which isn't necessary. I'm sure these problems are not the fault of the ones who fix the problems.
