“It seemed to have everything I needed. I am not very techy, but it seemed simple enough. Good customer service too, although the chat sometimes takes a while. I prefer calling in.”

“too easy to insert the incorrect SIM card. need to spell out which one to use. also for visually impaired folks the SIM number on the back of the card could stand to be printed much bolder than it is. otherwise can't beat free. SIM tool is nice too.”
