“The sim chip worked right off. The price is great. I don't use much data anymore so I wish I could have a 1gb plan. It's working for me so far.”

“It was tricky to set up the SIM card initially because of my phone's setting but the service rep was able to help me eventually. It took at least 2 calls each time (my 1st phone broke) so I will say the user-friendly level is 2 Stars but the customer service was good.”

“I actually activated service with the online SIM card which was pretty easy, except that I somehow signed up for 2 services. Calls to customer service helped resolve that glitch.”
