“The Hardware Replacement Kit is perfect. What I find that is problematic is the fact that I needed it. I was quite disappointed that I wasn’t made aware that the holster could fall apart unless I used a loc-tite material to keep it together. I think I should have been advised that the screws could back out causing the holster to fall apart. Fortunately, my weapon was not in the holster when this happened. I really think quality control should make a purchaser aware or send your loc-tite product w the purchase along with instructions. Other than that, the holster is fine!!!”
“The original hardware on my holster wore out/broke due to every day use under a rugged lifestyle. I wrote customer service and they very quickly responded and sent me this repair kit. It was an easy fix and got the holster back in service”
