Chalkboard Mason Jar Labels - Vintage Shapes Reviews

Most years I make my own Christmas gifts—bath products, room deodorizers, spice blends, etc—but I haven’t found a good way to label them. After looking around I landed on these really nifty looking chalkboard labels, they’ll work perfectly for many of the gifts I like to make. I tend to use repurposed glass jars for packaging, these stick to them without any issue and give my gifts a more finished look. The packaged contains several different sizes so I don’t need to buy a different package of labels for each size of jar that I have, which is a real cost saver (Christmas expenses always have a way of piling up, don’t they?) While the labels are easy to place and reposition on the jars, I did find that it’s much easier to write on the labels before placing them as it’s really hard to write legibly on a curved surface. It’s also easier to use a fine-tip chalk marker as apposed to one with a rounded or wedge tip.

I really like these labels. I wasn't sure how they'd stick because they are vinyl, but I've had no problems. I put them on Mason jars in my pantry and plastic shoe boxes in my closet. They wipe clean easily and I'm very glad I bought them.

I had chalkboard markers and I had Mason Jars. I wanted them to look all dressed up and this was the perfect match. Don't worry if you get them on crooked the first time because you can pull them off and reattach them. I have not tried this, but they also say that you can erase your chalkboard marking. You receive 42 labels. I cannot wait to personalize gifts for Christmas.

I really love this, I received this yesterday and I started using it right away, Too bad that it didn't come with a chalk marker, that's good my daughter has a chalk marker so I borrowed it from her, because I am so excited to use it. I love the fact it's reusable and it is easy to peel and stick on any object. I love to label my food, leftover food, my pantry and etc. Before I use cut out paper and use scotch tape over it. Now I can use this waterproof black vinyl chalkboard sticker. And I love the color black and it can easily noticed the white markings on it. It's also erasable so you can use it again and again.

You get 42 Chalkboard Labels in the package and they come in 7 different shapes. Each label is a different shape and size. The labels work great with chalk markers! The labels can be put on any smooth surface and can be easily removed and placed somewhere else without any residue left behind. The labels are easy to write on and just as easy to clean off. I love the cute vintage design of the labels they go really well with my kitchen decor! Highly recommended!

It took me a while to get used to the liquid markers (purchased separately) because you have to pump them a bunch before the ink comes up, but once I got the hang of it, it was super-easy to use. I was concerned that the liquid chalk wouldn't wash away cleanly, but it did, and I couldn't even tell anything had been written previously. I'm not sure how this would stand up to continual washing and drying and dishwasher use (package says dishwasher safe) but for my use of labeling dry products and only changing information occasionally, they are perfect. This shape would probably be better on the sides of jars, whereas the round stickers are best for labeling lids.
