Disappointed with these shoes. Had been wearing them around in sunny weather but on my first excursion with them into a rainy day, they failed. I had only bought them for this feature, but I ended up with wet socks and feet just like any other shoe. Not worth the money.

They are very comfy and so far seem to be water proof. They are just a little wider than anticipated. Purchased for my trip to Ireland and I think they will work out just fine.

Very comfortable overall but not a huge fan of the round shoe laces. It gets untied easily.

So comfy!! I like that you can tighten the laces for a snug fit. I wear a 7.5-8. I got 8 and they are perfect! I

I like the feel and look of the shoes but they are tight. Wish they came in a half size though.

Hi Pamela, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so sorry to hear that your Vessis didn't fit quite as you'd hoped. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight. I'll certainly share your thoughts on the design and fit with our Product team, as your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We're working towards expanding our sizing and style offerings in the future, and we'll certainly take note of your feedback on this as we do. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us.

I was in the market for waterproof shoes that aren't clunky rubber boots or hiking shoes, and I'm a regular Philip Defranco viewer. I remembered that he had promoted and partnered Vessi in the past, but the prices seemed steep. I'm typically not swayed by such advertisements, but decided that if Defranco recommended them, they ought be worth the price tag for casual, waterproof footwear. I'm happy to say that this was indeed the case. I chose the Cityscape Classics which fit surprisingly well and are the style I was searching for. It's been pouring rain here in Sunny California for weeks now, and my walks to campus since purchasing these shoes have been rather enjoyable with my waterproof yet breathable sweet new kicks! My only regret is having purchased them while they weren't on sale in partnership with Defranco. Thanks, Vessi.
