Based on what I understood from your message, your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for. I'm very sorry to hear that and understand how disappointing that must be. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
