“I love the look and feel of this shoe but they rub on the back of my foot at the top of the heel because of the stitching. I'm hoping it will get better because other than that this is a comfortable and stylish shoe.”

“I had a pair of cityscapes from a few years ago that I have absolutely worn to death and finally needed to replace. Ordered these (same size/style) and was disappointed that they have been slightly redesigned. The old shoe didn’t have any hard heel line in the back, which these do and they rub slightly. Sole is also much thicker and shoe is over a good bit heavier. All in all, still great shoes and I would buy them again, but not as off the charts as my old pair and will take some breaking in.”
“I use my Vessi's even if there is a hint of rain. My feet always stay dry and I don't have to think twice about getting out for a walk. The Cityscapes are very lightwweight and the fit is great. Definitely my favourite pair of shoes.”
“Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. They totally hold up to rain (and even puddles), and I think they look really cute.
The only downside is that the soles are super stiff (it feels a little like walking in wooden clogs) and the body of the shoe is really tight (not short or narrow; they actually run pretty big, but tight in the sense that it flattens your foot into the sole). That said, I’ve worn them a few times now, and they seem to be breaking in.
For reference - I have very high arches, which might be part of the reason why such a flat shape is uncomfortable, and there isn’t great arch support. I am usually an 8-9 depending on the brand; the 9 was way too long and I ended up exchanging for an 8, which was perfect length-wise.”
“I bought a pair for my mom who has a large bunion on one foot. She buys her shoes with great caution because of the fit and pain due to bunion. Needless to say, waterproof shoes/boots with thick leather or rubber material was never the good option even with the pouring rain in Vancouver.
After wearing them for a month (everyday she goes out for a walk over a hour in them) She says Vessis are the most comfortable shoes that she’s owned with a good style and function. She was very skeptical with waterproof aspect of Vessi - and now she wants another pair with different style.
They are great! My husband also owns a pair for his work shoes, he says they are very very comfortable (he walks/runs around in them all day long, inside and outside)
