“The sneakers: In a word, fantastic. Very comfortable. They look great (even my 19yr old said ‘those are pretty cool’) and are genuinely water proof. I had tried several different water resistant and water “proof” sneakers before these and these are the only ones that 100% have never leaked or left me with damp socks.
The customer service: Unfortunately, my first pair of Vessi’s had an issue with the sole of the sneaker wearing out too quickly, eventually resulting in a hole under the ball of my feet. When customer service reached out to ask how my experience has been with the sneakers I replied back and let them know that although I loved the sneakers I was very disappointed that I experienced this problem. To my amazement, they reached back out to ask about the issue. After only a couple of back and forths, I received an email notice that a new pair was being shipped to me at no cost. Wow. I can’t ask for much more from a company than to actually stand behind their product and do the right thing for their customers.
Overall - very, very highly recommended.”

“The CityScape is nice for a casual shoe for a day where you don't quite know what you'll be up to. They're easy to slip on and off, and they hold up well for a picnic in the park, a walk down to your local beach, everyday grocery shopping, or hitting up your local board game store. Give it a shot!”

“I love the comfort, style, fit and waterproofing in the shoes. I get constant compliments on them and refer people to you regularly.
Yet since getting them earlier this year, the pads and soles seem to have separated internally because they now "squeak" or "slosh" when I walk in them in an audible enough way that my wife commented on it.
Also, when new shoes come out that I am interested in, they are always out of stock in my size.
But otherwise, I have been very satisfied with them.”
