“I bought these for my boyfriend and they are so comfortable! Giving it 4 stars because they fit quite large! I think they would be fine if you have wide feet, but they are a little too large if your feet are slimmer. Both his pair and mine are a little big, even though we can fit in other sized 10 shoes (both men's and women's, respectively). It would be perfect if they could come out in half sizes. Other than that, they are great! Super comfortable for an 8 hr shift. Definitely waterproof!”

“So far these have been the best shoes I think I've ever worn. They showed up the day before we had the biggest snow storm we've had in years, along with sub-zero temperatures. I wore them every time I took the dog out (even when it was -20°F) and my feet stayed dry and toasty every time.
The only problem I have with them at the moment is the squeak… I won't be sneaking up on people any time soon.”

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! It’s normal for the ankle opening to be a little firm to start! Over the first few wears of your new shoes you’ll notice that the upper knit and ankle opening will stretch to accommodate and create the perfect shape around your feet. The reason you want this is to make sure no water comes in through the ankle. The only way to ensure this is if you allow the shoe to mold to your ankle shape. In order to do that, you do need them to be tight at first and then only stretch when they’ve learned your specific foot shape. This creates that snug, sock like fit that we are loved for!
“These are my second pair of Vessi's. I like how easy they are to put on and take off, and being waterproof is a great advantage in spring and autumn. They've become my everyday shoe, replacing my Adidas Ultrabounce as the shoe of choice, mainly because of their versatility.
My last pair lasted about year before they wore out. The biggest issue was the sole insert coming loose over time and coming out everytime I removed the shoe...but, even a year is pretty good when worn regularly.”
