“I was skeptical of the ads for the Vessi shoes for their waterproofness, but eventually my curiosity won over and I am beyond the moon excited for these shoes! They are legit the world's most comfortable shoes I've ever owned - it feels as if clouds are supporting my feet. As someone who typically *hates* wearing shoes, I found myself not rushing to take them off as soon as I get home - a huge win! I tried them out in -10C with thinner socks and found that my feet stayed nice and warm for the entirety of my walk! Sadly there were no puddles to jump around in, so instead I put them in the sink to test out how wet they get. They are indeed QUITE waterproof! I'm never going back to regular shoes!”

We recently updated our insoles which could be why you're seeing a different pair of insoles in two pairs of shoes! Hope that helps clear things up :)

My problem is only one of size. I have a hard foot to fit and I'm sorry to say Vessi did not hit the mark with my feet. Don't feel bad Vessi you are amongst dozens that have been unable to fit me. “These shoes are actually quite nice. They claim that they have good arch support but I don't feel it... also they are quite snug around the ankle but probably how its suppose to be. I think I need to break them in then they'll be even better! :)”

We're very sorry to hear that your Vessis have not been providing you the comfort you're looking for. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support - some people love this whereas some people don't. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for more customized fit and comfort.
