“The first pair I received was not fully waterproof. I was testing it out in the sink before wearing them out and after putting it in water for a couple hours, the paper towel I put inside one of the shoes was a bit moist and stained black from the fabric so I was pretty disappointed. I contacted customer service and they replaced my shoe immediately. The new pair works perfectly! The only other concern I have is the arch support. I got the everydays and even though it is supposed to have better arch support , it is still not enough for me unfortunately so I can't walk for too long in these .”

Vessis do have relatively low arch support, but we made the insoles removable to allow the most customizable fit for those wanting to wear them for longer distances or for those that need extra support! Adding your own custom orthotics or special insoles may help do the trick. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our Product Team :)
“I ordered these without much expectation - they looked comfy and I needed a day-to-day casual runner type shoe. So it was great to find that they not only fit *perfectly* true to size, but the wider toe box accommodates my foot without binding or rubbing. And to top it off? They really *ARE* waterproof!
I love them and as soon as more sizes arrive I’ll be ordering another pair (at least). Only suggestion would be to use another colour for some of those white soles ;-). All in all, they’re five star for sure.”

“Only worn once so far, not 100% broken in yet, feel a bit firmer of a walk than my cushy running shoes but that could just be time. Finally so nice to have waterproof running shoes. Wore them for the first time on a PNW rainy walk and my feet stayed dry. Like that they feel pretty neutral and my orthotics fit nicely. Like the all black option.”
“Love it and it’s so comfy! Putting it on at first was a struggle. Opening is a bit tight but after several use the opening loosened and easier to put it on.”
