“I commute and usually end up walking a lot, so I've been looking for a good rainy day walking shoe. These are pretty water resistant. I've been caught in a downpour and haven't had to deal with wet socks (my biggest pet peeve). My only gripe is that there is very little arch support. The footbed feels almost flat, with most of the support at the ball and the heel of my foot, which feels wierd. Ultimately, these are pretty comfortable, but not suited for lots of walking.”

All Vessis are designed to provide a snug "sock-like" fit to also ensure that water doesn't seep in through the top of the shoe,. But if you're interested in trying another style, our Weekend sneaker runs slightly more relaxed in comparison.
