“This is my first time ordering shoes on line and with this particular brand of shoe. I usually wear an 8.5 so ordered a 9 but the shoes were about an inch too big in length so I returned them and got an 8. The return process was really easy and straightforward. Really glad I did the exchange as the toe box is really roomy and comfortable with a little room at the toes for thicker socks if that’s wanted. I am happy to report that I’ve worn them through all the rain storms we’ve had in Vancouver recently and have the dry socks to prove it!”
