“I´m from the USA but live in Spain (Vessi doesn't ship yet to Spain). I had been waiting for so long to visit my parents (thanks COVID for complicating everything) and finally buy some Vessi shoes while I was home. Long story short I finally got them and went back to Spain. I had literally been back for less than a month and while drying my shoes on my window sill after washing, someone jumped up and STOLE THEM!!! I was devastated, to say the least. I sent an email to Vessi to see if they could help me get a new pair shipped to Spain but had low expectations since I already knew they didn't ship here.
BUT I WAS BLOWN AWAY. The customer service replied quickly, was super nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to ship me a new pair! And literally one week later I have my Vessi shoes again. I am so excited and will buy new shoes any chance I get. Vessi is an amazing company with high-quality shoes.”
