“Liquid is great, have used this for a number of years. However, the bottles are terrible. Far too stiff to the point where its difficult to even get the stuff into your vape. This seems to have been an issue only over last 6 months or so. Please sort this out Viking.”

We are no longer using the bottle you are referring to, and have returned to our original supplier since the start of this year. If you’re finding this bottle hard to squeeze there are 2 things you can do, firstly use a pair of scissors to trim the nib slightly, secondly there is a soft spot located near the bottom of the bottle. “I have used this liquid for many years, the liquid is fantastic but the bottle has recently been changed, it is too hard to squeeze the liquid out, I never used to have this problem and other people I know have noticed this and are changing which brand they use.”

Dear customer, we are no longer using this bottle supplier, we have managed to secure future supplies from our original supplier since the start of this year. With the bottle you are referring to, you’ll find there is a soft spot located near the bottom of the bottle. You don’t need to apply much pressure to this soft spot to dispense the liquid. “The liquid itself is fine... however the bottles seem to be getting harder and harder and are almost impossible to squeeze to refill the tank... sometimes I have even found it necessary to use pliers to squeeze enough... and even then it takes ages as I'm worried the top of the bottle might pop off and the liquid go everywhere (this has happened once with me)... I'm not sure who is responsible for changing the bottles, but PLEASE go back to the original ones... or make these better to squeeze”

Hi Linzi, we were forced to change due to supply issues with our previous supplier, however we have now managed to secure supply and are now using our original supplier. With the current bottle (PET) you will find that there is a soft spot located near the bottom of the bottle. If you squeeze the soft spot you will find it not so difficult to dispense the liquid.
