“The liquid itself is fine... however the bottles seem to be getting harder and harder and are almost impossible to squeeze to refill the tank... sometimes I have even found it necessary to use pliers to squeeze enough... and even then it takes ages as I'm worried the top of the bottle might pop off and the liquid go everywhere (this has happened once with me)... I'm not sure who is responsible for changing the bottles, but PLEASE go back to the original ones... or make these better to squeeze”

Hi Linzi, we were forced to change due to supply issues with our previous supplier, however we have now managed to secure supply and are now using our original supplier. With the current bottle (PET) you will find that there is a soft spot located near the bottom of the bottle. If you squeeze the soft spot you will find it not so difficult to dispense the liquid. “We have just purchased a box of 10 Arctic Ice 6ml, of which the 10ml bottles are now produced of a more rigid plastic. Together with the new very narrow spouts, it is now incredibly difficult to decant the liquid. I have even had to cut the spouts down to the bottlenecks, but due to the narrowness of the feed hole, it takes forever to fill the tanks. Please revert back to the original bottles soon!”
