With 50% more fat than our traditional Suet Fat Balls, our Super Suet Fat Balls are a firm favourite with garden birds and an extremely popular choice in most peoples' gardens. They are a valuable source of energy for a wide range of species, with the Tit family especially enjoying them. Made up of mealworm powder, peanut & wheat flour, finely ground & mixed with the suet, giving a pale finish. Beware of cheap suet balls as they can be mixed with sand, grit or sweepings to bulk them out

All the birds love these suet fat balls. Small birds flock to the feeder and larger ones desperately hang on and peck chunks off before they fall to the ground with the pieces. Amusing to watch. The box of 150 balls is good value and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Very popular with my garden visitors & superior to supermarket suet blocks previously purchased, largely ignored. I push some into a couple of square feeders, enabling robins to access them as well as blue, coal & great tits, sparrows, starlings, & even a woodpecker! They have supported lots of successful nests this year & the garden has been filled with twittering fledglings, drowning out nearby traffic noise. It has been a joy!

Small round far balls out of stock so was sent 2 boxes of fat mixture in coconut half shells. Birds were a little sceptical to start with but once the starlings started on them everyone was happy. They are thoroughly enjoying fighting for their lunch! Thank you

The balls are solid and do not break up too easily or wash away in heavy rain. In a feeder these fat balls are favourites for sparrows, great and blue tits, robins and great spotted woodpeckers. On the ground underneath the feeder the scraps are enjoyed by wood pigeons, blackbirds, carrion crows, squirrels and probably others.

Not round and full of seed like Bucktons, odd shapes so you don’t get as much as a round ball, but the birdies like them

The starlings absolutely love these fat balls. No waste either compared with standard fat balls.
